	Form Configuration
	Select the actions for your form.

	Send EmailThis checkbox tells the processing script to send the form submission in an email as per the settings below.

	From Address		The generated email will have its "From" field set to this value.
	Reply To Address		The generated email will have its "Reply To" field set to this value.
		Add Reply To Address
	Use Submitter's Email	(If Available)	This checkbox tells the processor to substitute the submitter's email address as the "From" field. For this to work there must be a field in the form "email" (case insensitive) that will be used as the submitter's email address.
	Recipients:  TO		This is a comma delimited list of email addresses the form should be sent to.
	CC		This is a comma delimited list of email addresses the form should be CC'd to.
	BCC		This is a comma delimited list of email addresses the form should be BCC'd to.
		Add CC BCC
	Subject		The text in this field will be used as the subject for the email.
	Send as HTML		This checkbox, if ticked, tells the processor to send the email as HTML. Otherwise it is sent as plain text.
	Email Template Path		This is the path to a file to be used as a formatting template for the email. It allows the substitution of fields submitted in the form. eg: Dear [firstname], the text "[firstname]" will be replaced with the value from a field called "firstname" in the form. NB: If your form fields contain names in the spaces then you must use an underscore in the template. eg: a field called "First Name" in the form should be used as follows: Dear [First_Name]. The path is a virtual path from the root of the site. eg "/formmail/templates/registration.html".

	Send a Confirmation Email This checkbox, if ticked, tells the processing script to send a confirmation to the submitter of the form. For this to work there must be a field in the form "email" (case insensitive) that will be used as the submitter's email address. Any data entered in the "Recipient To" field of the confirmation section will be appended to the submitter's email address.

	From Address		The generated email will have its "From" field set to this value.
	Reply To Address		The generated email will have its "Reply To" field set to this value.

	Additional Recipients:  TO		This is a comma delimited list of email addresses the form should be sent to.

	Include Attachments This cehckbox, if ticked, tells the processing script process files posted as per the settings. Your form should use the attribute enctype="multipart/form-data" to send files.

	Attachments Path		This is the path to the directory where files posted from the form will be saved. You must have write permissions to this directory. The path is a virtual path from the root of the site. eg "/formmail/data" !!SECURITY!! Beware there is an issue with people being able to upload files with scripts that they can then run on your server. Make sure your permisions are correctly set for file creation on your server.
	Timestamp Attachments		This will add a timestamp to the file name. This way a file will not be overwritten when it is submitted twice, two copies with different time stamps in the name will be saved.

	Enable Submission History CSV File This checkbox, if ticked, tells the processing script to save the submitted form data.

	File Path		This is the path to save the submitted form data. The data is saved as a CSV with one record per line. Any directories in the path must exist. If the file does not exist it is created, if it does exist the data is appended. The path is a virtual path from the root of the site. eg "/formmail/sign-ups.csv"

	Redirect Page

	Redirect Page		This is the page to return the client to after processing the form. It can be a full URL starting with http://, or a virtual path to a page in your site starting with '/'. Leave blank to return to the same page from which form was submitted.

	Restrict Domains

	Allowed Domains		This is a comma delimited list of domains from which forms will be accepted. By including a domain all sub domains are included. If you enter: www.example.com then: example.com will not be allowed, however if you enter: example.com both will be allowed. Leave blank to allow all domains.
